CBRE has arranged a 106,663-square-foot industrial office/warehouse sale in Hopkins, Minnesota.
The Beard Group sold the property to Schafer Richardson in a transaction that closed June 24. A sale price was not disclosed.
CBRE’s Judd Welliver and Bentley Smith represented the seller, The Beard Group, in the transaction.
Excelsior Industrial Center is located just off Highway 169 and is currently 97.7 percent occupied by a diverse roster of tenants. The building was constructed in 1955 and features 20’ clear heights and a 16 percent overall office finish.
