CBRE arranged the sale of the 107-room Hotel Indigo at 263 W. Grandview Parkway in Traverse City, Michigan.
CBRE’s Nate Sahn, James Johnson, Jack Johns and Anthony Leeds represented the owners, a partnership between JS Capitol and Hadidi Capital, in the sale.
Built in 2016, the hotel is located in Traverse City’s waterfront Warehouse District. Amenities include heated underground parking, 5,500 square feet of meeting space, a ground-floor restaurant, business center and health and fitness center.
