CBRE recently represented Continental in the sale of Bridlewood Apartments, a 112-unit multifamily property in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, to Metropolitan Associates.
Patrick Gallagher, Gretchen Richards and Matson Holbrook of CBRE Wisconsin represented the seller in the transaction.
Constructed in 1990, the 117,600-square-foot property consists of one and two-bedroom floor plans and features several best-in-class amenities, including wood-burning fireplaces, an on-site dog park, walk-in closets and in-unit washers and dryers. The property is located on Green Road just north of Interstate 94.
