The Indianapolis office of CBRE sold a 115,857-square-foot light industrial center in Greenfield, Ind.
The facility is located just near Interstate-70 in Hancock County, and was formerly owned by California State Teacher’s Retirement System. The buyer is a Bastian Development. Bastian plans to use the facility for a sales and distribution center.
Mark Writt, broker in the CBRE office’s industrial group, was the listing broker for the property. He also found the buyer for the building.
