CBRE recently sold the Nasseff Specialty Center in St. Paul, Minn. The property is a 119,199-square-foot medical office building located on the United Hospital campus in St. Paul.
The CBRE institutional group in Minneapolis of Ryan Watts, Steven Buss and Tom Holtz represented the seller.
