CBRE has arranged the sale of the Comfort Inn Hall of Fame hotel in Canton, Ohio.
CBRE Hotels’ Investment Properties Group represented the seller, Canton Hotel Holdings Inc. The buyer, Delaware Hotel Group, LLC, purchased the 124-room limited-service hotel in July.
The three-story, masonry hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool, complimentary hot breakfast, a fitness center and 1,789 square feet of flexible meeting space. It also features convenient access and strong accessibility and visibility to Interstate-77, with easy access along Everhard Road.
