CBRE recently represented Eagle Ridge Partners and Artemis Real Estate Partners in the sale of Hudson Road Technology Center, a 138,732-square-foot office and technology building in Woodbury, Minnesota, to Shree Investments, LLC.

Constructed in 2002, Hudson Road Technology Center is currently 93.7 percent occupied with four tenants and is located in close proximity to Interstates 94, 494 and 694, providing convenient access to 3.5 million-square-feet of retail and dining amenities in one of the most affluent suburbs in the Twin Cities.
