CBRE recently represented Ellington Management Group in the sale of Hennepin Business Center, a 140,063-square-foot industrial tech building in Minneapolis, to HBC Acquisitions LLC, a joint-venture between Hyde Development and Mortenson Properties Inc.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz and Bentley Smith of CBRE Minneapolis represented Ellington Management Group in the transaction.
Constructed in 1984, Hennepin Business Center consists of two adjacent urban infill industrial tech buildings and is located just north of the Minneapolis Central Business District near the intersection of Interstate 35W and Hennepin Avenue. The property features 10 dock high doors with 14′ clear height and is currently 94 percent occupied.
