CBRE Group has completed the sale of Eagle Chase, a 156-unit apartment community on the west side of Indianapolis.
CBRE’s Central Midwest Multifamily team represented the seller, Hills Properties, and procured nine offers from capital sources.
Engel Realty, an apartment operator based in Birmingham, Alabama, was the buyer. This is the company’s first acquisition in Indiana. At the time of the sale, Eagle Chase was 97 percent occupied.
