CBRE has arranged the sale of DuPont Distribution Center, a 177,153-square-foot distribution center in Burnsville, Minnesota.
Biynah Industrial Partners LLC sold the property to Sterling Management in a transaction that closed Nov. 18. A sale price was not disclosed.
CBRE’s Judd Welliver and Bentley Smith represented the seller, Biynah Industrial Partners LLC, in the transaction.
DuPont Distribution Center is situated on more than 12 acres off Interstate-35 with direct highway visibility. The facility is fully occupied by four tenants, all of which offer strong credit profiles. Additionally, the property features fenced and paved outdoor storage, a rare feature in infill cities like Burnsville.
