CBRE closed the sale of a 188-room Holiday Inn & Suites in Springfield, Missouri.
Nate Sahn, Pravin Boteju, James Foxx and Tom Adamson with the CBRE Hotels group represented the seller. The property was purchased by Springfield Hospitality Inc., a Missouri Corporation. A sale price was not disclosed.
Located at 2720 North Glenstone Ave., the property includes amenities such as a heated indoor pool, fitness center, free WiFi and Peppertree Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge. The hotel offers convenient access to Interstate-44.
