The property is completely occupied by the Anderson-DuBose Company, which distributes frozen, refrigerated and dry foods; paper goods; and other products in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia.
Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
Jeffrey Shell and Amie Sweeney of CBRE Corporate Capital Markets and Michael Hines, Brian Fiumara, Brad Ruppel and Lauren Dawicki of CBRE National Partners represented the seller, a REIT managed by U.S. Realty Advisors, LLC.
Steve Roth, executive vice president of CBRE Debt & Structured Finance, secured the financing on behalf of the buyer.
Built in 2012 as a build-to-suit for the Anderson-DuBose Company, the property was expanded in 2017.
