CBRE Hotels, acting as the exclusive advisor to Dublin Metro Hotel LLC, recently sold the 215-room Crowne Plaza at 600 Metro Place in Dublin, Ohio.
The hotel sold to Waramaug Dublin LLC, which plans at least $6 million dollars in renovations. The hotel will keep its Crowne Plaza affiliation.
Sitting on a 10.67-acre site, the hotel offers 13,000 square feet of meeting space, a full service bar and restaurant, business and fitness centers and a newly renovated indoor pool.
Eric Belfrage, first vice president of CBRE Hotels in Columbus, and James Johnson, senior vice president of CBRE Hotels in Chicago, advised Dublin Metro Hotel LLC in this transaction.
