CBRE Hotels recently arranged the sale of the 221-room Radisson Quad City Plaza Hotel located at 111 East 2nd St. in Davenport, Iowa.
CBRE Hotels’ Nate Sahn, executive vice president, represented the owner in the sale. The buyer was Hawkeye Hotels, Inc. The new ownership plans to complete a comprehensive renovation.
Located along the Mississippi River, the Radisson Quad City Plaza Hotel offers easy access to downtown Davenport and the greater Quad Cities area. The hotel offers amenities that include a heated indoor pool, fitness center, as well as the on-site restaurant, Café One Eleven, and Café One Eleven Lounge.
