CBRE has arranged the sale of the Royal Oaks Apartments, a 231-unit luxury multifamily property at 3515 Federal Dive in Eagan, Minnesota.
Peak Capital Partners purchased the property from Timberland Partners in a transaction that closed on Dec. 1. A sale price was not disclosed.
Ted Abramson, Keith Collins and Abe Appert from CBRE Minneapolis Multifamily represented Timberland Partners in the transaction.
Built in 1987, much of the property has undergone substantial unit renovations and amenity upgrades with the previous ownership. While nestled in a quiet, park-like setting, Royal Oaks is less than one mile from the retail hub of Eagan.
The property benefits from having access to 35E, I-494, Hwy 13, and Hwy 77, along with METRO Orange lines and Park & Ride at Pilot Knob and Yankee Doodle. Royal Oaks also features and in-ground heated pool, 24-hour fitness center and is pet friendly.
