CBRE has arranged the sale of Marion Street & The Brittanys apartments, a 277-unit multifamily property in a suburb of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The property was sold to Summit Acquisitions in a transaction that closed Dec. 1. A sale price was not disclosed.
