CBRE Group, Inc. negotiated the sale of Castleton Park, a suburban office park in Indianapolis.Castleton Park, which sits on 120 acres and is made up of 31 office buildings, was sold to Group RMC. The park saw mroe than 176,000 square feet of new leases signed in the last two years and is 79 percent occupied.
Castleton Park was not the first purchase for Group RMC in the Midwest. The company recently purchased Summit, a four-building portfolio in Cleveland, and Park Fletcher, a two-building portfolio in Indianapolis.
Castleton Park is located in the affluent Northeast area of Indianapolis between Interstate-465 and Interstate-69.
