CBRE recently represented Eagle Ridge Partners and Artemis Real Estate Partners in the sale of Highway 212 Corporate Center, a 32,137-square-foot industrial tech building in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Dan Lee purchased the property.

Highway 212 Corporate Center’s location along Highway 212, just north of Interstate-494, provides visibility to more than 55,000 vehicles a day and access to executive housing and deep labor pools and will be within walking distance of the Southwest Light Rail’s Golden Triangle Station when it comes online in 2023.
Currently 84 percent occupied by two tenants, Highway 212 Corporate Center was constructed in 1987 and features an overall 79 percent office finish, 14-foot clear height and three exterior dock doors.
