CBRE has arranged the sale of ReNew Eden Prairie, a 375-unit multifamily property at 13905 Chestnut Dive in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
FPA Multifamily sold the property to Redwood Capital Group in a transaction that closed March 25. A sale price was not disclosed.
Keith Collins, Abe Appert and Ted Abramson from CBRE Minneapolis Multifamily represented the seller, FPA Multifamily, in the transaction.
ReNew Eden Prairie is located just south of highway 212 and I-494 with access to retail, recreation and a high concentration of jobs. Ownership completed a portion of unit upgrades as well as adding and enhancing amenities.
A sample of features on the property include three pools (one indoor, two outdoor), clubhouse, spa/sauna, fitness center (with CrossFit) and group fitness classes, playground and basketball courts.
