The Indianapolis office of CBRE has sold the former 56,640-square-foot Spectra Premium facility in Knightstown, Ind.
The warehouse is located at 8774 South State Road 109, and is a free-standing corporate facility with second-floor living quarters. The new owner occupant will be Hay-Flex, a manufacturer of Pumps and pump equipment for plaster, grout, fireproofing and other cement products for the spray coatings industry.
The team of Mark Writt and Tom Cooler, brokers in the CBRE industrial specialty, represented the seller, Spectra Premium, in this transaction.
