CBRE recently sold the 64-room Best Western Franklin Park Suites hotel in Columbus, Ohio.
This all-suite hotel was built in 2002 on a 3.2-acre suite.
Eric Belfrage, vice president for CBRE Hotels, represented the leasehold and leased-fee sellers in the Oct. 3 transaction.
The leasehold seller was Farbman Oakdale Hospitality Services LLC, while the fee owner was NP Ltd.
The buyer, Alliance Hospitality Inc., plans to operate the hotel as a BW Plus, and may eventually expand hte property on an additional 1-acre site included in the transaction.
