CBRE Capital Markets recently completed the sale of Meadow View Industrial, a 77,848-square-foot fully-occupied Class-A industrial building in Eagan, Minnesota, to a private trust for $7.8 million.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil and Tom Holtz in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller, Interstate Development. The buyer is the Irwin Leitgeb Trust, based in Portland, Oregon. The sale closed June 20, 2018.
Meadow View Industrial is located on a 7.21-acre site at 1675 Meadow View Road in Eagan near Highway 13. The building, originally constructed in 2013, is 80-percent occupied by three tenants: Kuehne + Nagel, True World Foods and Wilson-McShane Corporation.
