CBRE recently negotiated the sale of Belletower, a mid-rise office asset in Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza.
Located just five miles south of Kansas City’s CBD, the property includes a five-story, 80,615-square-foot office building; a 180-space, four-level parking garage beneath the office building; and an additional 41-space surface parking lot.
Brain Development Group purchased the asset from Advent Belleview, LLC for an undisclosed price. Gina Anderson, Gary Carr and Robert Hill with CBRE Capital Markets’ Institutional Properties arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller.
