CBRE announced has arranged the sale of the 83-room Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis South hotel in Indianapolis to Trivedi Hospitality.
CBRE Hotels’ Brian Silberman, Scott Miller, Paul DeLucia, Matt McClure and Jack Silberman represented the owner, BRISAM COURT INDY LLC in the sale.
Located at 4650 Southport Crossing Drive, the hotel is conveniently positioned off I-65 providing easy access to suburban and downtown Indianapolis. In addition, the Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis South is minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and Lucas Oil Stadium.
