The previous Ed Debevic’s space in Chicago’s River North neighborhood will now be a 23-story apartment tower. In what marks the the sixth team collaboration since 2004, Lendlease, JDL Development and Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture have joined together once again–this time for the design and construction of 640 North Wells.
At 342,041 square feet, 640 North Wells will consist of 250 residential apartments, three levels of parking for 141 vehicles, and approximately 11,700 square feet of retail space on the ground level.
Construction is scheduled to complete summer 2017.
