CBRE recently sold a portfolio of retail centers anchored by Cub Foods to Late U.S. Opportunity (No. 2) Realty Trust in the Twin Cities area. The portfolio includes the Phalen Retail Center in St. Paul, Minn., and East Brainerd Mall in Brainerd, Minn.
The portfolio totals 263,000 square feet.
CBRE Private Capital Group in Minneapolis represented the seller, Oppidan Investment Company. Jim Leary from CBRE handled the transaction.
