CBRE Cincinnati recently sold the Arndt Court portfolio in Fairfield, Ohio to Arndt Court 2, LLC, for $947,450. The Evelyn B. Hodory Living Trust, the seller, had listed the five industrial buildings with CBRE, which total approximately 35,490 square feet on 2.87 acres of land, according to the Butler County Auditor.
CBRE’s Beau Nimer, associate, and Robert Bunton, vice president, represented the seller.
Arndt Court 2 LLC, plans on further renovating all five buildings and leasing them out. Beau Nimer and Robert Bunton will be working with the new owner in order to lease the properties.
