CBRE recently represented KK Integrated Logistics in the purchase of a 494,000-square-foot former Shopko regional distribution center in De Pere, Wisconsin, from LCN Sko Omaha LLC.
Andy Lubinski and Justin Felix of CBRE Minneapolis represented KK Integrated Logistics and Trent Poole and Christian Chambers of CBRE Wisconsin represented LCN Sko Omaha LLC in the transaction.
KK Integrated Logistics, a second-generation family owned warehousing and logistics company, acquired the property as a part of an ongoing strategic growth initiative and intends to market the facility for lease.
Andy Lubinski and Justin Felix will be marketing the facility on behalf of KK Integrated Logistics.
The former distribution center officially closed earlier this year shortly after Shopko’s 2019 bankruptcy filing.
