CBRE has sold the four-building office campus Lafayette Park in downtown St. Paul, Minn.
The sellers, NGP Lafayette Portfolio Owner Corporation and Meritex Enterprises, Inc., were represented by the CBRE Institutional Properties Group in Minneapolis. Steven Buss and Ryan Watts lead that group.
Layfayette Park is a four-building campus 100-percent leased to the State of Minnesota. The campus totals 677,514 square feet.
