CBRE recently represented At Home Apartments in the sale of the historic 45 Lexington, a 19-unit apartment complex in St. Paul, Minnesota, to TJT Properties, LLC.
Keith Collins, Abe Appert, Ted Abramson and Drew Rafshol of CBRE Minneapolis represented the seller in the transaction.
Constructed in 1915, 45 Lexington consists of three distinct one-bedroom floor plans and is located on the prestigious Grand Avenue at the northwest intersection of Grand and Lexington, named one of “America’s Prettiest Neighborhoods” by Forbes.
