CBRE has arranged the sale of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Madison, Indiana. Nate Sahn, Pravin Boteju and James Foxx represented the seller, HWH Lodging Associates, LLC.
A price for the sale was not disclosed.
Located at 300 Franks Drive in Madison, the hotel public spaces and 79 guest rooms were fully renovated according to the Formula Blue design by IHG in 2018. The property also features a heated indoor swimming pool and fitness center.
