CBRE recently facilitated the sale of a medical office building in Dublin, Ohio.
Bradenton Pediatric Building Co. Ltd. sold the building at 5040 Bradenton Ave. to a 1031 tax-deferred buyer for $800,000.
David Hartsook, John Hall and Kevin Connor with CBRE’s Columbus office represented the seller. The medical building contains 14 exam rooms.
