CBRE closed the sale of a 62-room Comfort Inn & Suites and a 55-room Quality Inn, both in Coralville, Iowa.
the Comfort Inn & Suites is located at 214 W. 9th St., while the Quality Inn is at 209 W. 9th St.
Douglas Johnson with the CBRE Hotels group represented the sellers in the transaction. The hotels were purchased by two different investment groups. Sale prices were not disclosed.
The hotels are located across the street from one another in Coralville, just south of Interstate-80 at 1st Avenue and 9th Street about five minutes from the University of Iowa.
