Steve Lazarides adn Dean Bacopoulos of the CBRE office in Akron, Ohio, recently negotiated the sale of the former WRAYCO manufacturing buildings in Stow, Ohio.
The buildings are located at 858 Seasons Road and 5010 Hudson Drive in Stow. They are about 180,000 square feet and 60,000 square feet.
The buyer is an unidentified investor with an occupier tenant in two who will immediately begin hiring and upgrading the buildings.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
