CBRE has arranged the sale of River Bank Plaza, an 81,865-square-foot multi-tenant office building along the Milwaukee River at 740 N. Plankinton Ave. in downtown Milwaukee. Riverbank Plaza, LLC, sold the property to 740 Plankinton, LLC, which plans to redevelop the upper floors for multifamily use.
CBRE’s Patrick Gallagher and Matson Holbrook represented the seller in the transaction.
The eight-story property, originally constructed in 1912, features about 61 parking spaces in an adjacent surface lot and 10 boat slips on the river. It is anchored by ground floor restaurant tenant Rock Bottom Brewery and is conveniently located close to many businesses, entertainment options, and major thoroughfares.
