CBRE Capital Markets sold Plymouth Technology Park, a three-building, 78,558-square-foot industrial tech park in Plymouth, Minnesota, to PF Properties.
Jedd Welliver, Bentley Smith, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil and Tom Holtz in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer, PF Properties, is a Golden Valley, Minnesota-based family-owned and -operated real estate business.
Built in 1997, Plymouth Technology Park I, II and III sit on 9.5 acres in the infill market of Plymouth. The buildings are 100 percent occupied.
