CBRE recently closed the sale of Capitol Tower in Topeka to Select Income REIT. CBRE brokers Gary Carr, Gina Anderson and Russell Ingrum represented the seller, HDG Mansur.
Capitol Tower is a single-tenant office asset under a long-term lease with Colgate Palmolive/Hill’s Pet Nutrition. The 143,934-square-foot building is located across the street from the Kansas State Capitol building.
The sale closed on July 30.
