CBRE has sold the 9350 and 9380 Excelsior Boulevard office buildings in Hopkins, Minn., to Colony Financial, Inc. for more than $122 million.
The two buildings combined for 501,603 square feet.
The buildings each rise seven stories and are part of a three-building corporate campus fully leased to Cargill, Inc. Excelsior Creossing is Cargill’s newest campus. It houses the largest number of Cargill employees in the Minneapolis metropolitan area.
The CBRE Institutional Group led by Steven Buss, Tom Holtz, Ryan Watts and Judd Welliver represented the seller, Real Estate Capital Partners.
