CBRE signed a 19,500-square-foot lease at 10 W. Nationwide Blvd., a Class-A+, trophy office building within the Arena District in downtown Columbus, Ohio, owned and developed by Nationwide Realty Investors.

The firm will relocate from 200 Civic Center Drive to the fifth floor of 10 W. Nationwide Blvd. in summer 2026.

The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program showcasing the company’s “Future of Work” space standards, including innovative technology and a wide variety of collaborative spaces designed to support hybrid working.

CBRE’s Brandon Ellis and David Morgan represented CBRE in the lease negotiations. CBRE has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for 10 W. Nationwide Blvd. and will be responsible for the marketing and leasing of the property.

Since CBRE launched its Workplace360 program, it has continually evolved it by leveraging insights gained from opening more than 100 Workplace360 offices across the globe. A cornerstone of the Workplace360 model involves office design that improves connection, collaboration, and productivity. CBRE continues to strategically implement a “free address” approach that assigns team neighborhoods, aiming to increase the opportunity to connect with coworkers and expand an individual’s workspace options throughout the day.

10 W. Nationwide Blvd. is a 200,000-square-foot, five-story office building in Columbus. Designed by the Ohio-based architectural firm Lupton Rausch, the building features a scenic outdoor area that connects employees to parking areas and nearby amenities including the North Market, the Short North Arts District, and the Arena District’s sports, entertainment, and dining options. Additionally, the building lobby and first-floor amenity space are being updated to include refreshed common conference rooms and a café with indoor and outdoor seating.
