CBRE on June 22 will move its St. Louis office, and all 60 of the employees who work there, to The Plaza in Clayton, a 16-story office tower in St. Louis.
“Our new space will allow us to maximize office and environmental efficiencies while providing a collaborative working environment,” said Jeff Kaiser. “We are immensely pleased with the move, and look forward to welcoming clients at our new office.”
The Plaza in Clayton is a Silver LEED-certified tower with 316,000 square feet of office space. The building contains an extra 13,754 square feet of retail space.
KBS Realty Advisors owns the building, which is leased and managed by CBRE.
