CBRE St. Louis is helping a Missouri school district sell an empty elementary school and vacant parking lot.
The School District of University City, Mo., recently signed a sale listing agreement with CBRE St. Louis for properties located at 711 Kingsland Ave. and 601 Trinity Ave. in University City.
According to CBRE, the properties could be transformed into multi-housing, student housing, educational facilities or other special uses.
Formerly known as Delmar-Harvard Elementary, the property at 711 Kingsland Ave. includes two buildings on 1.23 acres. The 601 Trinity Ave. property is located adjacent to the Kingsland property and is a vacant parking lot on 1.62 acres.
