Sean Kropke, a leading office broker focused on Chicago’s suburban office market, has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an executive director.
Kropke comes from CBRE, where he started his career working in the North Suburban market since 1993.
In the past five years, he completed approximately 75 transactions per year at an average of 1.5 million square feet per year. Through his career, he has completed a total of 12 million square feet of lease and sale transactions.
Kropke has received several awards over the course of his long career, including: Gary Beban Award – 2008; Top producer in Chicagoland area for CBRE; Awarded the NAIOP Office Transaction of the Year (peers selection – 2007, 2008); Recipient of the Top Ten CBRE Office Broker Award, 2001 through 2009.
He is an active member of NAIOP, and a graduate of Illinois State University.
