CBRE’s Michael Kazmierczak, Kelsey Scheive, and Aaron Schuster will market the building on behalf of ownership.
Ownership has committed to enhancing the existing amenity offering with the addition of a new full floor of amenities within 77 West Wacker comprising of a social bar and lounge overlooking the Chicago River, 150+ person multi-purpose event and meeting space, and wellness center.
