CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignments of two office properties in St. Louis Park and Plymouth, Minnesota, Superior Plaza and Willow Creek Plaza, following the recent purchases of both buildings by Redline Property Partners.
Brent Karkula and Laura Farrell of CBRE Minneapolis will be responsible for leasing the properties.
Superior Plaza and Willow Creek office buildings are located in the heart of the I-394 corridor, featuring boutique office environments, convenient access and visibility to major Interstate 394 and U.S. Highways 169 and 55. The properties also benefit from direct proximity to numerous retail, hospitality, residential and entertainment venues, as well as downtown Minneapolis and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
The efficient floor plates allow easy accommodation for smaller companies, as well as providing an opportunity for an 11,000-rentable-square-feet user to occupy its own full floor.
