CBRE Detroit’s Randall Allman, Peter Rogers and Gregg Loichinger, industrial professionals in metro Detroit’s Southern and Western Wayne County sub-market, were recently awarded an exclusive agency contract with Welsh Companies, a prominent Midwest owner and developer.
The team will be handling the companies’ Michigan portfolio, five properties totaling 1.4 million square feet.
