CBRE announced has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Canadian Pacific Plaza, a 400,000-square-foot Office Tower at 120 S. Sixth St. in the Minneapolis Central Business District. The property is owned by Artis REIT.
Brian Wasserman, Jim Freytag, Anna Kubes and Mike Wilhelm of CBRE Minneapolis will be responsible for the leasing of the property.
