CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for the Sapphire Corporate Center, a 300,000-square-foot speculative industrial distribution and logistics building situated on 21 acres at 6825 Engle Road in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
The property is being developed by JKR Development, LLC, along with Harsax Management of Garfield Heights and expects to be delivered in late summer 2020.
George Stevens, Fred Herrera, Jenna Gauntner and Chelsea Turco of CBRE Cleveland will be the real estate team responsible for the leasing of the property.
