CBRE has been selected to lease 505 Waterford Park tower, a Class-A office building totaling 258,000 square feet in Plymouth, Minnesota, following the building’s sale to DRA Advisors.
The Minneapolis-based team of Brian Wasserman, Jim Freytag and Anna Kubes was directly awarded the leasing assignment following the acquisition. The team currently leases 505 Waterford’s sister building also owned by DRA, the 208,000-square-foot 605 Waterford tower.
It’s the first time in recent history that both buildings have been held by the same owner.
Both buildings were built in the 1980s. DRA Advisors recently completed upgrades to the common areas of 605, including the main and lower level lobbies, fitness, tenant lounge and conferencing center.
DRA has plans to renovate 505’s common areas to complement its sister tower. CBRE’s leasing team has a proven track record of success at 605 Waterford, recently completing more than 83,000 square feet of leasing at the building.
