CBRE has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for the site of the former Jamestown Mall, a 144-acre development-ready parcel in St. Louis.
CBRE’s Matt Bukhshtaber, Rick Eiseman and Anne Rahm will market the property on behalf of the St. Louis County Port Authority.
Located at 101 Jamestown Mall in north St. Louis County, the leveled site is zoned for commercial and residential development and represents one of the largest redevelopment opportunities remaining in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The property benefits from proximity to Interstate 270, Highway 67, St. Louis Lambert International Airport and the University of Missouri–St. Louis, providing convenient access to both the Missouri and Illinois population centers.
The site is situated near more than $369 million in new development in north St. Louis County, including the St. Louis Zoo Wildcare Park, A world-class safari park and conservation center set to open in 2027, the new St. Louis Community College Innovation Hub, which offers expanded workforce training and advanced manufacturing, and multiple mixed-use and residential developments.
