CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for Chillicothe Medical and Surgical Center, a 75,000-square-foot medical office development in Chillicothe, Ohio
CBRE’s Molly Leach will market the property on behalf of ownership.
Chillicothe Medical and Surgical Center will be occupied by a group of independent specialty medical practices, which provides health care for patients across south central and southern Ohio. Construction on the site is expected to break ground in July 2025, with delivery scheduled for September 2026.
Once completed, the three-story property will offer several medical specialties including podiatry, orthopedics, primary care, urgent care, cosmetic surgery, general surgery, physical therapy and neurosurgery.
Chillicothe Medical and Surgical Center will be located across from Adena Hospital along State Route 23 within the Ross County opportunity zone.
